1. SHIPPING

  • FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING ON ORDERS $200+ 
  • ECONOMY $8.00  (3-6 BUSINESS DAYS)
  • EXPEDITED $23.00 (2-3 BUSINESS DAYS)
  • OVERNIGHT $50.00  (1-2 BUSINESS DAYS): ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY 10AM PST MONDAY-THURSDAY

Shipping Guidelines apply to shipping within the contiguous United States only. Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and Micronesia are subject to longer ship times.  WearSuccess is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that result from factors outside its control such as inclement weather, acts of God, or any other shipper related issue(s). Under any circumstance, WearSuccess is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

3. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All purchases must be returned in their original condition (unworn with original tags attached) within 30 calendar days for a full refund or exchange, and we promise to make the process as easy as possible.  

If you wish to return an item, please email us at returns@wearsuccess.com and include the order number, item number that you with to return or exchange, color and size.  We will then send you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please include the RMA number when you return the item to Wear Success. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for processing. WearSuccess is not liable for any returns made without a RMA.
 
All refunds made on purchases paid in part with gift cards or store credit will first be refunded back to those payment sources, and the remainder will be credited back to the secondary payment source - credit or debit card. All promotions, coupon codes and discounts are non-refundable.
Exchanges are permitted only for different sizes of the same item. If you wish to exchange an item for a different item, we request that you do a return and place a new order.

All eligible and approved items will be accepted within 30 days of the item delivery date.  Essential oils are not eligible for return.
All items purchased on clearance or during promotional sale/with a promotional code are eligible for return for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

4. BOGO DEALS

IMPORTANT: BOGO FREE GIFTS are NOT returnable or exchangeable. The item purchased, however, is returnable or exchangeable. Please keep in mind that if you'd like to return the item you purchased you will also have to return the free gift that you selected when purchasing your item in order to qualify for a full refund.
